Best Practices for Resolving Compatibility Issues with fluXtore #
This guide provides a series of recommended practices to help troubleshoot compatibility issues between fluXtore and other plugins or themes on a WordPress site.
1. Backup Your Website #
Before making any changes, always perform a full backup of your website. This ensures you can restore the site in case of errors.
2. Update Plugins and Themes #
Ensure that all plugins and themes are updated to their latest versions. Outdated plugins or themes can interfere with the normal functioning of the website and may cause conflicts with fluXtore.
3. Check Active Plugins #
- Disable all plugins except for the following:
- fluXtore
- fluXtore Pro (if available)
- WooCommerce
- The theme or page builder you are currently using
- If the issue no longer occurs after disabling the other plugins, it means that a plugin is interfering with fluXtore.
- Reactivate plugins one by one to identify which plugin is causing the conflict.
4. Test with a Different Theme #
If the issue persists:
- Temporarily deactivate the current theme.
- Activate a default WordPress theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-One).
- Clear the website cache.
- Try to create a funnel using fluXtore.
If the problem is resolved, the theme or page builder might be causing the issue.
5. Check for Permalink Issues #
If you’re experiencing problems with permalinks, verify the following:
- Do you have another page named “Landing Page”?
If so, try renaming the page URL, save the changes, and go to WordPress settings under “Permalinks”. Without changing anything, click “Save” again, and then try to view the page.
6. Further Assistance #
If none of the above steps resolve the issue, you can create a temporary login for troubleshooting:
- Install the following plugin:
