🛈 Having trouble with the new license or plugin? Quick fixes

New key. Your new license key is shown below. Your previous key still works until February 5, 2027.
Can't log in? Use the email address of your purchase and click Forgot password on the login page.
License won't activate. In WordPress open fluXtore → Pro License, paste the key without spaces and click Activate. Your site must be able to reach fluxtore.com over HTTPS (some security plugins or firewalls block outgoing requests). www.example.com and example.com count as different sites.
"Activation limit reached". Open the Sites tab and revoke a site you no longer use, then activate again.
Pro features still locked after activating. Click Deactivate and Activate again in fluXtore → Pro License, make sure fluXtore Free is updated (1.6.7 or newer) and active, then clear your site cache.
Pro update not showing. Go to Dashboard → Updates and click Check again. Updates appear only when the license is active on that site.
A site is missing in the Sites tab. Sites appear after you install the new Pro and activate the license on them; sites still running the previous Pro version are not listed yet.
